The Porocell carrier provides an optimal 3-dimensional environment for tumor cell growth, proliferation, and function. The seeding of tumor cells on the Porocell matrix is straight forward and rapid. The preparation and performance compares favorably to other 3-dimensional tumor models such as spheroids.
